Jacked Javelin Blog

Updated: 4 days ago

Hey Everyone, I'm going to be starting this blog to use it as a place to continue to make Javelin Education accessible to everyone around the world. The Goal is for me to make this information available in as many places as possible. Instagram, Youtube, Podcasting, Google, and more to come in the future hopefully. I'm going to first start off by introducing myself to anyone who may not know me and welcome them to Jacked Javelin.

My Name is Dan Labbadia, I am down here on the right

Jordan Davis (84.45m - NCAA D2 Record, USA College record, #6 USA all time - USA Lead 2024)

I loved Javelin so much when I was in college I made it my goal to be as good as I could be, although I personally failed at achieving the goals I desired athletically I have used all of the javelin, strength, and nutrition information I obsessed over the past 5 years and turned it into an online and in person training system.

This System is responsible for 2 20 meter transformations including Jordan Davis (63m to 84m) (208ft to 277ft) who is pictured above, and is now an online resource to over 35k people between Instagram & YouTube.

I have released a free Javelin Course, that walks you through step by step on How To Throw a Javelin, from the Full Approach, Crossovers, Penultimate, Block, to the Throw. There is also a very heavy strength and conditioning component to the course as well as nutrition. If you couldn't tell by the name, Jacked Javelin specializes in Strength, Nutrition, & Mobility for throwers as I am a firm believer in physicality being the #1 prerequisite to throwing far. All the best throwers, are strong, mobile, and have lean muscle mass to some degree. It is our goal to try to get as many of those attributes dialed in as possible, as well as developing throwing power and technique along the way.
