Dan takes on the role of Javelin as Brett takes on the role of baseball and together they are "Bridging the Gap between Javelin & Baseball Training Styles"
Dan is the Javelin Coach of USA #1 Jordan Davis (84.45m in 2024) and Nevan Burke who has also improved 20m under Dans Coaching. While Brett works as a strength coach at Grind Athlete Performance in Orange CT, working with their Baseball & Softball players. Bretts personal Strength & Conditioning page is famously known for his plyometrics and athlete training style with over 80K followers on instagram.
The Gap has many Javelin guests on the show such as Jordan Davis, Nevan Burke, Kara Winger, Mike Stein, Kevin Foster (Javelin Anatomy), Ethan Shalaway, and Josh Trafny.
Each episode takes you into a behind the scenes look at the thought process both Dan & Brett have while working as young coaches (24 & 25 years old) as well as building their online brands and reputation to have a greater impact on the field of strength & conditioning, specifically Javelin.
