Jacked Javelin Strong & Mobile is a 12 week online Javelin Strength training program that is designed to lay the foundation for strength and mobility. This program is divided into three, 4 week phases where the mobility gets progressively harder each month. The lifting starts with a hypertrophy phase, goes into a submax strength phase, and finishes with a max effort strength phase.
Medicine ball throws are included in upper body days as well as jumping on lower body days.
This program is great for building strength and size while still having an athletic focus. Perfect for the athlete who needs to put on muscle mass and get stronger.
